Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Inspect equipment and associated components to ensure safe operation.
  • Engage with customers and branch personnel regarding repair progress.
  • Complete service documentation and manage inventory to ensure necessary parts are on hand.
  • Maintain service vehicles, tools, and uniforms to meet Tech24 standards.
  • Serve as a positive role model for junior technicians.
  • Comply with all company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications for Commercial HVAC/R Technician:

  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and show reliability.
  • Proficient in standard computer applications.
  • Possess industry-standard hand tools.
  • Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong desire for professional growth.
  • Prior experience as a commercial HVAC and Refrigeration technician.
  • Universal EPA certification.
