Position Overview

The LifeSpa Lash Care Expert offers a range of lash services and treatments designed to enhance the client's overall well-being and elevate their experience at the club. This encompasses services such as lash extensions, tinting, and lifting that aim to surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers personalized lash services and treatments tailored to meet the unique needs and desires of each client.
  • Informs clients about LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
  • Engages in discussions with clients to assess their individual requirements.
  • Ensures the LifeSpa and Salon maintain a pristine and inviting appearance.
  • Acts as a knowledgeable resource in skin analysis and care routines.
  • Promotes all LifeSpa and Salon offerings, including products and services.
  • Stays updated on certifications and emerging trends within the industry.
Essential Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of employment.
  • Competence in performing calculations for discounts, interest, and commissions.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, feel, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in lash services.
  • Six months of experience in sales.
  • Familiarity with Salon Biz software.
