**About the Role:**
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including medication administration, patient and family teaching, and procedures in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. You will also utilize an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related software to update or access patient information as appropriate.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and patient and family teaching

* Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
**Requirements:**
* Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent
* Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
