- Experience: 5+ years of prior HVAC service experience, preferably in residential settings.
- Personality: Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certifications: EPA certification.
- Hourly Pay: Fantastic hourly pay with opportunities to earn spiffs.
