Job Title: Registered Nurse Step Down Unit

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. As a Registered Nurse in our Step Down Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Step Down Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current RN license in the state of Colorado and at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Step Down Unit setting. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
