VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a skilled Dentist (DMD, DDS) to provide high-quality dental services at our Walnut Grove Correctional Facility in Mississippi.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and interpret radiographic exams as needed.
- Provide dental treatment, including emergency care, oral surgery, restorative dentistry, and periodontal therapy.
- Correct significant oral problems that may affect an inmate's health.
- Make referrals for procedures that cannot be performed at the facility.
- Report unusual occurrences or accidents to the site or Regional Medical Director.
- Current DEA number.
- State licensure.
- Fluency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary.
- Leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
