Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Berkshire Health System. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our ED and Med Surg units.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs.
• Develop and implement education programs for patients and families.

Requirements:

• Current RRT certification.
• 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meditech Expanse experience preferred.
