Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe the premises to deter theft, violence, or violations of regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure and functioning properly.
  • Inform violators of site rules and policies.
  • Detain or remove individuals engaged in suspicious or unlawful behavior.
  • Report any safety concerns such as fire hazards or plumbing issues.
  • Call for emergency services in critical situations.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred candidates will possess a valid Virginia DCJS License.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant security experience is desirable.
  • Must meet physical demands including standing, walking, climbing stairs, running, restraining individuals when necessary, and lifting items up to 50lbs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR/AED is preferred.
