Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
