About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Experience in a dialysis setting or other relevant healthcare experience.
