This 300-bed, Level II Trauma Center hospital offers a friendly and stimulating work environment, with ample opportunities for advancement and growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory technology and ASCP (or equivalent) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hematology technologists in a fast-paced laboratory setting
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate test results
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements:

  • AS or BS degree in Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technology
