Atlassian Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, with a strong understanding of Atlassian product architecture and best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Jira, JSM, and Confluence instances, configuring and customizing workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and notifications. They will also develop and maintain custom scripts and plugins to enhance functionality, provide technical support to end-users, and conduct training sessions for new users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Jira, JSM, and Confluence instances
• Configure and customize workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and notifications
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and plugins
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Conduct training sessions for new users

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience administering Jira, JSM, and Confluence
• Strong understanding of Atlassian product architecture and best practices
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Jira, JSM, and Confluence
• Knowledge of database management and SQL
