We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to join our team as a Charge Nurse at Gretna Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as MFA nursing policy and procedures.
- Supervise CNAs and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Write weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities, and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.
- Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred. New Grads welcome to apply.
