Travel Nurse RN

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical Travel Nurse to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a Medical Surgical Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including pre- and post-op patients, and provide bedside care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:- Provide high-quality patient care, including preparing and administering medications, changing dressings, and starting IVs.
- Conduct patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on patients' immediate conditions or needs.
- Document patient findings and provide education and support to patients' families.
- Participate in discharge planning and initiate patient education plans as prescribed by physicians.
As a Medical Surgical Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:- BLS certification
- 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
