Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Clinical Fellow to join our team. This position offers a valuable opportunity for a passionate SLP professional to gain hands-on experience in a school setting while working closely with experienced clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech-Language Therapy Services: Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders and/or language delays, as directed by the supervising SLP.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with Educational Team: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to improve communication skills.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports.
  • Attend Professional Development Activities: Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required.
  • Adhere to Ethical and Professional Standards: Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Eligible for or Currently Holding a Clinical Fellowship: Eligible for or currently holding a Clinical Fellowship (CF) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid State Licensure: Valid state licensure.
  • Knowledge of Current Best Practices: Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology.
