Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist/MLT to join our team on an evening shift. The ideal candidate will have at least an A.S. in Medical Technology (B.S. strongly preferred) and ASCP OR AMT certification as a MT/MLS or MLT.
Responsibilities- Perform testing in all areas of the laboratory, including Blood Bank and Microbiology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely results
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical technology
- A.S. in Medical Technology (B.S. strongly preferred)
- ASCP OR AMT certification as a MT/MLS or MLT
- Cerner experience is strongly preferred
- Previous hospital-based experience is strongly preferred
- A highly competitive hourly rate
- Free family medical coverage
- A sign-on bonus or relocation assistance
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes the base hourly rate, plus additional benefits and incentives.
