Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting patient observations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure adequate staffing and patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
