Job Title: Delivery Driver

Empire Auto Parts, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our distribution department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of aftermarket collision auto parts to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver auto parts to customers' specified locations, following established routes and schedules.
  • Operate a Sprinter van safely and efficiently, handling and loading auto parts with care to prevent damage during transit.
  • Verify the accuracy of delivered items against the invoice and report any discrepancies.
  • Collect payments from customers upon delivery, following company guidelines and protocols.
  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, maintaining a positive image for the company.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding deliveries and payments, or escalate issues as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
  • Familiarity with using technology such as GPS navigation and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
