Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the loading and unloading processes of trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods.
- Confirm the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain precise and current inventory records.
- Document all shipping and receiving transactions thoroughly.
- Utilize warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of products, materials, and supplies.
- Create reports on inventory status, shipping activities, and operational performance.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and address any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics operations.
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse oversight.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
