Overview

Novant Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary treatment team in an Acute Care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in an Acute Care setting
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 4-Year Bachelor's Degree required
  • Graduate from an accredited PT program required
  • Appropriate state PT license required
