About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Dynomax Inc. in the Aerospace industry. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Process Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes for complex Defense Assemblies, including routers, drawings, models, and work instructions.
  • Material Selection and Treatment: Select and treat materials for manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with customer and industry specifications.
  • Design and Development: Design and develop manufacturing equipment, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
  • Documentation and Quality Control: Maintain accurate documentation, including traceability and customer requirements, and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role in a heavily documented and specification-centric industry.
  • Education: Engineering Degree required.
  • Skills: Solidworks proficiency, modeling and drawing, advanced or higher; experience with multi-axis milling of titanium; experience with Aerospace OEM specifications; and GD&T proficiency.
