The Role

This position involves providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families while working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients for common mental health disorders and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couple's, and family therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena)
  • Participate in community presentations and lectures to promote the practice and its services
  • Collaborate with external providers to ensure seamless care coordination

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of practice
  • Currently eligible to be enrolled as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range of $59,500 to $116,600 annually, based on full-time employment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
