Respiratory Therapist Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver respiratory care services to patients, including diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures.
  • Monitor patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation, and perform and document patient assessment.
  • Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
  • Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation, and perform CPR for Healthcare Providers.
Requirements:
  • State Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team and provide patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
