Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electro-mechanical equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment issues, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues, minimizing disruptions to production schedules.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility.
  • Black Seal, High Pressure Boiler License preferred, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Minimum one year experience with technical skills in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC, and/or HVAC.
  • Minimum one year experience with a variety of equipment, including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control, and packaging equipment.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English, with the ability to legibly write entries for record-keeping purposes.
  • Ability to handle basic hand tools and lift up to 50 pounds, with the capability to lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
