Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Store Culture: Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Merchandise and Sales: Accurately ring customer purchases/returns, count change, and promote credit and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Store Recovery: Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Organizational and Cleanliness Standards: Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with strong communication and organizational skills.
