JOB SUMMARY:
The Travel RN will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care in the Newborn Nursery. This position requires a valid RN license and eligibility for assignments across various nursing departments as needed. The RN will be responsible for:
- Directing, planning, and organizing nursing activities during assigned shifts.
- Delivering skilled patient care utilizing the nursing process in line with established protocols.
- Coordinating patient care with a focus on collaboration among healthcare team members, acting as a patient advocate.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid state license.
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
