Position Overview

As a Concessions Server, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests in various settings such as Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience through attentive service
  • Engaging with patrons to assess their satisfaction
  • Serving a variety of food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow team members
  • Carrying out opening, closing, and side work tasks as required
  • Maintaining knowledge of other service outlets within the venue

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fundamental understanding of food and beverage service
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient communication skills in English
  • Physical ability to lift and transport items as needed
  • Prior experience in upscale clubs or dining establishments is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
