Job Summary: As a Door Greeter at Forman Mills, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by properly greeting and directing customers to the correct area. You will also be responsible for checking bags and ensuring that no opened food or drinks enter the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customers are properly greeted and directed to the proper area
- Check bags for opened food or drinks
- Be equipped with a radio for communication with store management and loss prevention
- Direct customers with packages to check their packages
- Check contents of all employee purchases for valid receipts
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
