House Cleaner Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team at TruBlue Home Service Ally. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in residential homes, businesses, and office locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize residential homes, businesses, and office locations
  • Maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude towards clients and colleagues
  • Assist with training new employees when required
  • Attend Maid-Training Academy (virtually)
  • Sterilize various tools and equipment
  • Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
  • Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields
  • Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and maneuver stairs without difficulty
