The Manufacturing Production Specialist plays a crucial role in our operations, providing an entry point into the glass production industry. This position involves learning various facets of our business to contribute effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor carton quality standards and conduct necessary inspections to ensure compliance.
- Assist in palletizing operations by supplying pallets and tier sheets.
- Operate machinery controls to ensure proper formation and transportation of tiers.
- Rotate through different departments as required.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in an industrial setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs. regularly.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is $22.79.
