Job Description
We are seeking an Automotive Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will professionally and courteously assist customers with their vehicle technology questions by email, phone, and in-person. You will help customers get the most out of their vehicles, providing unparalleled expertise and knowledge of available products and services.

Responsibilities
* Assist customers with vehicle technology questions* Provide expert advice on available products and services* Help customers find the vehicle they're looking for* Understand and use MS Office Suite and other CRM and lead management tools* Accurately manage inquiries and update customer files
