Your Role

As a Healthcare Engineering Project Leader, you will leverage your expertise in mechanical engineering and project management to oversee healthcare initiatives that align with client expectations and project goals. Qualifications

Capabilities and Credentials
  • Proven experience managing healthcare clients and projects.
  • Experience in conducting field investigations and analyzing existing conditions.
  • Ability to develop basis-of-design narratives, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
  • Expertise in designing mechanical systems for healthcare facilities.
  • Strong background in project management principles.
  • Client consulting experience with a focus on healthcare.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and guidelines applicable to healthcare environments.
  • Ability to produce project-related documentation and adhere to standards.
  • Skilled in integrating design elements across disciplines for cohesive project delivery.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare mechanical systems and sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage project complexities.
  • Familiarity with BIM software, particularly Revit MEP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. A Professional Engineering license and Project Management Professional certification are preferred. Experience with various construction delivery methods is advantageous.
