• Provide exceptional care and maintenance of the physical plant and grounds to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students, staff, and faculty.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations and laws.

• Conduct daily cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, dressing rooms, and other assigned areas, including fixtures, faucets, drain pipes, mirrors, commodes, sinks, urinals, window sills, ledges, air vents, floors, and walls.
• Clean and maintain windows, window ledges, furniture, and equipment in all assigned areas.
• Sweep or vacuum and mop hard surfaces of assigned rooms and corridors, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Vacuum and spot clean assigned carpeted rooms and hallways, maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
• Empty and clean trash cans in all assigned areas, adhering to proper waste disposal procedures.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of custodial supplies, tools, and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Assist in the supervision of the physical security of the facility, as required.
• Provide emergency clean-up for spills and mishaps throughout the facility, responding promptly to incidents.
• Inspect building lighting fixtures daily and replace bulbs as needed, ensuring optimal lighting conditions.
• Perform minor maintenance repairs as assigned, utilizing technical skills and knowledge.
• Patrool the facility and grounds to pick up and prevent the accumulation of litter, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Assist in lifting and moving heavy objects and furniture as required, utilizing proper lifting techniques.
• Assist in setting up facilities for programs, meetings, etc. as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Communicate effectively with staff members, students, administrators, and other contact persons, using tact and good judgment.
• Follow attendance, punctuality, and proper dress rules, adhering to company policies.
• Ensure adherence to good safety standards, reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding school/workplace matters, upholding the trust of colleagues and students.
• Model and maintain high ethical standards, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
• Demonstrate initiative in the performance of assigned responsibilities, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
• Maintain expertise in assigned area to fulfill project goals and objectives, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
