Sports Instructor/Coach Position Overview

Job Title: Sports Instructor/Coach
Reports to: On-Campus Site Lead and Program Manager
Location: Various school locations across the country

Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and qualified Sports Instructors/C Coaches to join our dynamic team at Brains and Motion Education. As a Sports Instructor/Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive After-School sports programs for K-8 students, promoting physical activity, teamwork, and character development.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and coach on-site after-school sports programs for K-8 students, emphasizing character building;
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other instructors and coaches;
Report daily to the on-campus Site Lead and Program Manager;
Ensure participant safety by following school and KidzToPros policies and procedures;
Display a positive professional attitude while instructing and communicating with school staff and parents;
Required Skills and Qualifications

An Associate degree or willingness to pursue a Para-professional certification;
At least one year of experience in Sports coaching and/or education;
Knowledge of Cheer, Flag Football, or Track & Field;
Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and school administrators;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license;
