Home Health Aide

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care and hygiene
* Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
* Completion of a nursing assistant/home health aide training program or competency evaluation program
* Successful completion of Maxim's Clinical Competency Program for home health aides
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
