About the Role

As a fuel station associate at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel stations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our station satisfied with their experience. You will be responsible for managing the fuel station, including handling customer transactions, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and answering their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping the floor, and disposing of trash.
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including handling hazardous materials and maintaining accurate records.
