About the Position

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular technology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality catheterization procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiograms
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide exceptional patient education and support throughout the procedure
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes
Requirements
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience working in a catheterization laboratory setting
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
