About the Role
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) team at Levindale Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing safe and personalized care to patients who require attention for acute brain injuries, respiratory assistance, or special monitoring.
">Job Summary
">You will function as an advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team, consistently meeting the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will enable you to assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions, and develop and implement patient care plans to enhance outcomes.
">Unit Overview
">The HICU is a dynamic unit comprised of 20 semi-private rooms that can accommodate up to 40 patients. We take a team approach to provide care for patients with complex conditions, requiring cardiac monitoring, respiratory assistance, or rehabilitation. Our staff members are outgoing and positive, utilizing strong communication skills to work collaboratively and prioritize patient needs.

Requirements

- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification">
- At least 2+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise">
