To deliver comprehensive financial support to senior management, various corporate departments, operational finance, capital oversight, accounting, and other business sectors. This role encompasses the modeling of both short- and long-term financial outcomes, preparation of forecasts, and presentation of findings to management. Additionally, it involves assisting initiative leaders with the tracking of monthly actuals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and maintain all initiatives aimed at cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Develop and evaluate financial analysis models and business cases for potential cost-saving or revenue-generating projects, providing insightful recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction or revenue generation and promote best practices.
  • Create and sustain short- and long-term financial projections for use by leadership and various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements and standardization, including the creation and maintenance of documentation to optimize the workflow of various functions.
  • Support monthly actuals tracking activities, including the review, research, and preparation of variance explanations for management, and communicate significant variances to senior management clearly and concisely.
  • Foster trusting relationships with initiative owners, department heads, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist project leaders in overcoming any challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with a broader audience beyond finance, including departmental leadership, and influence company executives through the presentation of accurate and reliable data.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. A Master's degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or budgeting roles, with a proven track record in high-level business analysis.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities suitable for a senior-level position.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with upper management and operational teams.
  • The ideal candidate will be adaptable, willing to learn new skills and concepts, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
  • A team player capable of working effectively with colleagues and external contacts.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to completing projects on time and with the utmost accuracy.
