We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neuro ICU team at Mass General Hospital, a renowned institution in Boston's medical community. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Care for critically ill patients with neurological diagnoses such as neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury
  2. Manage patients with complex comorbidities and multisystem organ involvement
  3. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  4. Participate in unit-based research efforts recognized globally
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
  • Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse
  • At least 2 years of recent acute care RN experience, preferably in Neuro and Critical Care
