Froedtert Health is seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences, ensuring seamless transitions, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to multitask effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and have experience working in a healthcare setting or customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients, verify demographic information, and collect monies for copays, supplies, and services rendered.
  • Balances daily cash collections and obtains patient signatures.
  • Schedules, cancels, and reschedules patient appointments while answering and directing telephone calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a receptionist/assistant or customer service representative. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, along with proficiency in medical terminology and EpicCare. Strong proactive organizational skills and ability to multi-task are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
