Join a leading healthcare organization in Northern Indiana that is expanding its Hospitalist Division. This facility is a Level II Trauma Center with over 350 beds, dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
Opportunity:
We are seeking Hospitalists to join our dynamic team. Enjoy a block schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, working alongside an established group of 18 Hospitalists. This position offers daytime shifts with dedicated nocturnists available. Expect an average patient load of 15 per shift, with 1 to 3 admissions. The ICU is closed, and no procedures are required.
Compensation:
A competitive salary exceeding $300,000 annually is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes continuing medical education (CME), malpractice coverage, retirement plans, health insurance, and relocation assistance. A commencement bonus is also available.
