We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our Pediatric Cardiology team at Blueprint 30. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Assist with patient scheduling, registration, and check-in processes
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Conduct venipuncture and administer routine medications under the supervision of a licensed physician
  • Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic laboratory procedures
  • Take patient vital signs and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • 1 year of medical assisting experience preferred
  • 2-4 years of clerical/customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required within 6 months
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire
