Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Ambe Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Portland. As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate COTA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and be able to provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their needs and abilities
  • Implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Current active state license as a COTA
  • Experience working in a SNF setting
  • Ability to pass a Covid-19 test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
  • Ability to work a rapid response crisis schedule
