Job Summary

The Maintenance Tech plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance work, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the safe operation of our systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.

  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action.

  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex problems and ensure seamless operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any discrepancies or concerns.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver's license required.

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.

  • Skillset: Advanced knowledge of basic tools, hand-eye coordination, and visual coordination required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer experience an asset.

  • Basic understanding of plumbing, electric, HVAC beneficial.

  • Ability to troubleshoot essential.

  • Ability to work with public necessary.
