Job SummaryThe Maintenance Tech plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance work, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the safe operation of our systems.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex problems and ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any discrepancies or concerns.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Licensure/Certification: Valid Driver's license required.
Experience: 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
Skillset: Advanced knowledge of basic tools, hand-eye coordination, and visual coordination required.
Computer experience an asset.
Basic understanding of plumbing, electric, HVAC beneficial.
Ability to troubleshoot essential.
Ability to work with public necessary.
