We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis, providing inpatient services to patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide individualized therapy sessions to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies to enhance patient care.
- Master\u2019s degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent required.
- Certification of Clinical Competency (CCC) by the Board of American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Current Maryland State license or eligibility required.
- At least one year of recent acute/subacute experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems required.
