• Provide professional grooming services, including bathing, drying, brushing, haircutting, and nail trimming, adhering to the highest standards of care and safety.
• Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor when interacting with dogs, particularly those who may be anxious or nervous.
• Effectively communicate with clients to understand their grooming preferences and provide personalized attention to each dog's unique needs.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all sanitation protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow groomers and team members to create a harmonious and efficient workflow.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a professional dog groomer, demonstrating proficiency in various grooming techniques.
• Exceptional ability to handle dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments with patience and care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
