Merchandiser for Greater East

The Merchandiser is responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within the assigned territory.

• Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within a set territory.
• Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned.
• Use a personal vehicle to travel among stores in the territory; however, products will be delivered in advance to the stores.
• Utilize a company-issued phone with a programmed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.

The Merchandiser will work a full-time schedule with 6:00 am until work is finished, 5 scheduled shifts per week, and weekends required (days off fall during the week). Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

You thrive working independently on assigned tasks, but you look forward to interacting with people at work. You prefer to stay active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

The Merchandiser will receive a competitive hourly rate, starting at $19.10 per hour, with the opportunity to move to a higher rate of $20.05 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary. Additionally, benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable), include medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement (50 mi/wk).

The Merchandiser must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
