About the Role

Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and services in our managed clinic-based pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and take prescription orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
  • Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including stocking shelves and ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Input customer information into the computer system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Work a rotating schedule between the hours of 8am-8pm, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Requirements
  • Current PTCB Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months, with assistance from Maxor.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Computer experience is mandatory, with proficiency in various pharmacy software programs and equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
