Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily cycle counts of inventoried materials and collaborate with other departments to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase production efficiency.
  • Enforce operating instructions and safety policies, resolve routine equipment issues, and oversee the repair and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Perform quality inspections, monitor production performance, and train, develop, and lead staff.
  • Coordinate operators' work assignments, ensure daily production schedules are met, and manage backlog effectively.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team on order fulfillment, assist in assessing staffing capacity, and ensure health and safety regulations are met.
  • Drive LEAN and continuous improvement projects, and ensure all operational responsibilities are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
