Job Title: Barback, Premium

Job Summary:

The Barback is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and supporting the bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and maintain bar supplies, including ice bins, to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of the bartender and guests, ensuring prompt and quality service.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
• Report to work on time, prepared to start at the designated hour, and familiarize yourself with your work area and setup procedures.
• Adhere to the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual, ensuring compliance and quality service.
• Perform other related duties and tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with colleagues to ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English fluently to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.
